Kent Pagans hope you will join us at Chilham Village Hall on Saturday 18th December to begin to celebrate Yule with our Midwinter Gathering. We have a full programme of music, talks and workshops to enjoy throughout the day, with quality crafts and pagan wares to be found in our seasonal market. Father Yule will be visiting to give small gifts to the children. Gail Duff and Rabble Folk Theatre will be performing a traditional mummers play, treating us to a morris dancing performance and leading a Wassail.
Viking re-enactors bring a taste of northern traditions, and Pagan artists and craft makers will be holding an exhibition of their work, some of which will be for sale. Our evening's entertainment is from Celtc inspired duo Camine.
Seasonal refreshment will include mince pies and mulled punch, as well as delicious stews and soups.
